at a scaled down version or the original photo. Not full resolution that you took the photo in.

I use G-Suite for business which has a 1TB limit for drive storage including Google Photos (Unless you have more than 5 users) only $10US a month.

Sure.

My biggest requirement as with anything is realistic pricing - i don't expect balls cheap at all, Just a price factor that scales better than replicating my current setup for say 10-15 users(be it with shared content library).

Past that, it should be simple. zero touch for the end user. Maintenance from my end is fine.

Current estimations put my disk requirements at about 200GB, with devices ranging from iOS, Andriod and Windows.

I'd love to have Virtualstorage on Windows (ala ondemand) but that's more of a want more than a must have for more portable machines.

Storage should be easy to work with, preferably files stored in a raw folder that i can duplicate and archive offsite.

Those aren't really requirements. You know what you want to do but haven't really said, fairly common for people close to a problem to not give all the details. If you tell us what you want to achieve rather than asking specific questions you might get a solution outside what you were expecting, which can be a good thing.

For example "I take photos using a (Samsung Galaxy | Sony RX100 | etc). I want these photos to be stored (on my PC | on a remote server) so that I can ( archive them | view them | share them)."

Still not a free, but my way is Phones <-> home Synology NAS <-> Amazon cloud 1 TB but including Free Amazon photo storage for .bmp, .gif, .jpeg, .png, .tiff and RAW (Nicon/Canon for sure) and some video files

How do you get OneDrive to backup other users files? OneDrive likes to only replicate file & folder in one folder. You can't select folders outside of that one folder?

Also, these files are only replicated into the Cloud. Even with ransomware protection & different versions, that is not a 'real' backup solution.

File Restore in OneDrive will protect against Ransomware. As long as you pick it up within 30 days you can go into the webversion and restore changes made from a certain date.

I use OneDrive to auto upload all photos and videos from phone to cloud. Then PC downloads a local copy.

Also use the same account to backup all my other files on PC.

Comes with 1tb storage, but let syou share it with 5 other people, so in theory you could use 6tb of storage across 6 different accounts. Plus it comes with Office.

OneDrive also has 2 step authentication for peace of mind.

Note, unless something has changed, photo upload from phone is not enabled for business plans - only for the personal plans.

Nice, thanks.  And it's not even my birthday.
