And again, you are in good company with the terrorists and revenge porn sites, they want free speech too and don't want Cloudflare to be the internet police.

 

 

And Cloudflare are based in the USA and abide by their laws.
If they get a court order to remove a site then they'd do it.

 

Have they had any of those to remove these terrorist and revenge porn sites you speak of?

Yes. And I was doxed, received threatening emails after the Christchurch attacks and was very concerned for any further ramifications to my family because of other examples of others being threatened in real life from members of the site.

Cloudflares abuse policy is designed to have your information forwarded through to the hosting company.

I highly recommend you investigate the abuse process and the lack of Acceptable Use Policy that Cloudflare has. It is not an accident or omission that they actively avoid all responsibility for the sites they protect. To the point I have no doubt Cloudflare would happily protect sites that host child abuse images if there wasn't legislation in place.
