I've got a user WFH that's had the issue this morning, I'll check with him if it's fixed.

 

Update: Yep - his is working again.

At least 2-3 Vodafone users in my team have confirmed it's now resolved.

 

 

 

Next is to find out what happened? Too aggressive shaping or a routing issue?

Yeah - I'm getting reports back that Outlook is synching properly and I just tried the webmail page and it loaded quick. Hardly a massive trial / confirmation but it looks like things might be resolving/resolved.

Almost need that rebrand to O362. Would be about the 3rd major apac region issue this year

Call log numbers tends to indicate it wasn't just wfh users on VF facing issues?

Fairly sure those here who don't let friends use VF but posted were either :) ms were doing routing changes after all

Oh, I see the update now. Almost word for word from 2020 incident of similar nature.

ISP makes a change, somehow effects errryone else finding service (bad dns/routing changes?)

Wonder if they are liable for penalty
