magu: One thing I noticed while trialling the VSA a couple years back was that you needed a minimum of three nodes for the failover to work. With two, whenever the master went down the slave would kick into emergency mode and block all connections to maintain integrity.
Sounds like they applied the same thought on the MSA active/active management.
you would hope the MSA didnt get built with the same thoughts... there are only two nodes as far as i know!
