Satch: One is just downloaded software only, and the other one offers physical discs mailed to you. That's about as much info as I know.

My MSDN subscription has now gone to download only option - they decided to stop sending out physical media which makes sense really as the physical media always took too long to send out :)

I order one of these subscriptions on July 14, 2009 @ 9:02:52 AM, got an email saying that once my payment had been processed I would get another 2 emails detailing how to access my subscription.

I still havent heard anything, I tried calling the new zealand support line they have on their website (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-nz/subscriptions/bb856399(en-us).aspx) +64 9 357 5576 but it says "This service is not yet available"???

I have some critical testing I need to do and was relying on this to allow me to do it... anyone have any ideas on how to contact them and see what is happening?

Call the technet/msdn team on 0800 800 004 (option 3). They really should update the number on their website.

Heh, turns out that anyone ordering with credit card is getting payment declined.... Had to ring them, pass credit card details over the phone, which will then be sent to the accounts team, who will hopefully put it through, still have to wait at least another 24 hours!!!!!!

Thanks for the updated phone number!!!!!
