I can't seem to load the website:

https://login.microsoftonline.com

am I the only having issues as I've tried with my Telecom Mobile Broadband and everything seems to be ok and works.

Any help would be great.

Gone for me too. Outlook 2013 is still able to access the servers though, might be a web thing.
