shk292: It's in Nigeria - surely there will be funds easily available from a recently deceased oil magnate who died interstate (sic), or a European lottery windfall that needs a good home. They email me about those all the time!
UHD: Haha! I love the suggestion of a warning to other investors. xD
More like: obey regulations and you will be fine.
Yabanize: It's not a requirement to register in NZ either

Zeon: I don't get Nigeria - super corrupt but still fast growing economy.
SaltyNZ: Cool Story Time: in a previous job, as a vendor, one of the project managers told me about the time they had sold a system to a carrier in Central African Republic (from memory). Their representative insisted on going there - to Bristol, in the UK - to complete the deal, rather than having our sales people go to him as is more usual.
When he finished signing the contract he told them he was going to pay for it up front... and proceeded to pull roughly $1M USD out of his socks, underpants, and various other items of clothing on or about his person. Apparently the accounting people weren't quite sure what to do with all the (slightly sweaty) bills.

Probably will be soon I imagine. Australia has it, was an interesting experience trying to register 2 prepaid data SIMs when I went there earlier this year. No local passport or drivers licence made that fun.
nigelj: Optus was even easier, just insert SIM and call a number with it, give them an(y) address and it was good to go.
