Missed the last one in March and I NEED another one to celebrate my move to Android with other like minded individuals. Happy with meat lovers..or Hawaiian.

Orders into freitasm.

Nuff said, please.

I have an idea!

How about a "Mid Winter Geek" event?

Our sponsors are very generous and there is considerable organisation involved. It will likely be at least 6 months before the next event in Auckland. Or you could jump on a plane to the Chch pizza night next week.

Feel free to create your own event and invite Geekzoners to it, eg a tweetup. We do in Wellington from time to time.

DjShadow: Hopefully Hamilton will get a pizza night next year

Highly doubtful.  We've had a similar discussion when someone suggested the idea of Dunedin.

It all boils down to the sponsors - pretty hard to sell the scenario of Hamilton if the attendance won't be high.  freitasm sticks to the three main centres as these are the best places for him to get good attendance.

Surely Auckland isn't that far to come for pizza? :) I chatted with one guy from Te Awamutu who came up.

They need to do what the music acts do.
When the first pizza night sells add a second night!

Opinions are my own and not the views of my employer.
