Why would one, and only one, of the names in my phone's contact list have the first name and surname around the wrong way? The name was entered as Fred Smith,  but it shows as Smith Fred. Even if I edit the details so that the names are entered the other way, it still shows as Smith Fred. I can find no explanation for this. Samsung Galaxy S3
