Sorry need really quick advice as friend is hellbent on buying a new budget phone immediately so I don't have too much time to research - will Moto E (http://www.harveynorman.co.nz/event/new-year-clearance/motorola-e-2nd-gen-smartphone.html) work on skinny and does anyone know of any better deals than that for an immediate purchase.  Just trying to save someone from buying another super crappy budget phone....

Specs page at that link states that this is an "Open Network Mobile Phones" Product Type - so should work on both Spark/Skinny and Vodafone/2Degrees networks.
