The Samsung edge display looks great in the showroom, but I'm not sure I would like it as my daily driver as it appears to distort pictures a little along the curved edges.

So, my question for Edge owners is, how to you find the screen after owning the phone for a while?

For your next phone, will you be going for another Edge or back to the traditional flat screen?

FWIW I know probably half a dozen people with the Edge. Every one reckons it's one of the best phone they've ever owned.

Thats a bit of a wild/loose statement, not sure how else to explain it. What other devices have they used? They could be coming from a Galaxy Note 1 so of course its going to be better.

I must admit I am looking seriously at the S7 and can't decide whether to stump up for the Edge or not. The curved *edge* itself doesn't really hold much value IMO, it is just a gimmick with no real value, but the bigger screen size is the thing I am interested in. I have read that S6 Edge owners got annoyed that touching the side of the phone often is picked up as a screen touch - anyone had any issues like that?

I loved the screen on my edge, but after about 2 months, the touching of the sides accidentially annoyed me and I didn't see any real benefit to it, since it distorted my videos and pictures.

I moved to a note 5 recently, and I am 99% happy.
