Looks like it has been dropped or sat on or similar and the screen has cracked. In any case I can't imagine there is any way to fix that without replacing the screen.
The glass is fine there are no visible cracks
The glass is just a facade, the actual screen sits behind that and the touch sensor panel. The screen looks like it is cracked.
In any case, an LCD display is not something that can be repaired, the screen component (at least) will have to be replaced.
As other have said, cracked display, needs new screen.
A modern touchscreen display like on a tablet is usually made up of multiple parts, usually a glass screen with a digitizer, and an LCD screen behind it.
In your case, the front glass and the digitizer are fine, but the LCD panel behind it is damaged.
Depending on the age and pricepoint of the tablet, it's quite likely not economical to repair.
