Still enjoying using my Samsung Galaxy A3 (2017 model), although I may upgrade later :)

One thing that annoys me is the capitalisation of a word if I add punctuation after it.

Example: if I type the sentence Are you okay? the minute the question mark gets added, okay is capitalised and it gets sent as Are you Okay?

It looks really silly but I can find a way to turn it off; nothing obvious in the settings.

I'm running Android 7, and can't find much about it in Google either :( anyone able to help please?

Use Gboard instead of the Samsung Keyboard. It's far superior! There are some weird quirks with the Samsung one, though they have been largely fixed with Oreo on the S8.

Have you tried going into the 'smart typing' part of settings in Samsung keyboard and turning everything off? Not sure if it will help or not because I don't get the effect you describe when I'm using the Samsung keyboard.
In fact I have just switched back to using it after GBoard was frustrating the crap of of me by constantly replacing real words with random rubbish.
@bradstewart what kind of voodoo is this Oreo on the S8 you speak of? :-D
