Due to only having 16gb internal storage I rooted my of lg pro 2 and used apps2sd to move stuff.

Lately the phone keeps having a meltdown/restarting. Last time I had issues I connected to PC and fixed using lg recovery tool software.

I've just tried doing the same and now screen is stuck on update firmware 0%.
Have tried rebooting etc, maybe hard reset (up volume, but in Korean and nothing happens when I select either of 3 options).

My biggest issue is that everything is on my 128gb SD card and isn't recognised in my new (temporary) phone.

Is there any way to get my stuff back from SD card?
