I have noticed that when I call a business on my mobile that I haven't called before that something the business name and even there full contact details show up.

I would like this to happen for my small mobile coffee business as in my business name and details come up when my number is called.

I assume it is your android phone reverse searching the caller ID against the google business database.

Try set up a free google listing, and see if your details auto populate after that.

No idea if apple has a similar system.

Sounds like a Hiya or TrueCaller etc feature. Samsung phones have this feature with the Hiya integration. If you have a compatible Samsung phone, you can add your details to the system by opening the phone app, going to settings and click on Caller ID and Spam Protection and following the instructions to share/register your name and number. If not a Samsung phone, install the Hiya app from the Play Store and you should be able to register through the app.

Also some Android devices have this using a Google service without any third party software installed.

I get this in my Google Pixel, so it's something that stock Android can support.

There's a link in the phone app's settings that points to https://support.google.com/phoneapp/answer/3459196, which says that it does use the Google business database.

Side note: This does mean that Google know about every number that calls you that you don't have contact info for. It can be turned off if you don't want Google to know this info.

Have even called Spark and they do not know, any other ideas ?

Go to Google Business and add/update your business information. Make sure you follow the instructions to confirm this, either through the automated voice call or postcard. Doing this will make your business data available to Google and it MAY use it on its own dialer as explained above.

This is not something your telco does, and calling them will not give you any results.
