Hi

When I exit GPS test mode, and other applications it is often left running in the background.  This happens whether i press the esc key to exit, or the home button to exit.

Is there a way to choose between whether you quit a program vs' exit program and leave it running in the background?

The only current method i know, is after exiting, i have to load the task manager to see if it is still running, and if it is still running i do a force quit.

Same problem with google brut nav, it is left in background, consuming 27% off batteries when i exit the app.

Most programs appear to stay "running" in the background when you switch away from them but they're actually suspended, so they're not taking up any CPU and the operating system is supposed to manage memory so that they don't affect any running programs.

Navigation programs and other programs designed to run in the background should have an exit option, for Nav it is (Menu button, Exit Navigation).
