Hey guys,

anyone ever seen an app for a phone or tablet that can link up to a shop's stock system. i dont know if anyones heard of it but we use accuterm and are trying to find a way to link our stock up with either a tablet or phone...

Anyone know where to start?

Depends on your budget.

If the accuterm doesn't provide one then you will have to look at interfacing with the database backend yourself.

Their maybe a generic app on the market that will interface with any .mdb or sql database (or other database if you use something different) over the network. Can't say i have heard of one though.

If your budget can stretch the best bet is to get an app developer to make one.
Wouldn't be to hard if you use a standard database backend.

Really just connecting to that over the network and building a front end UI for it.
