Hey guys,

My girlfriend has a Samsung Galaxy S from Australia which has Telstra stuff preloaded. Does anyone know how I can load the Vodafone Startup animation, carrier settings, quick-links and all the other goodies that would come preloaded on a VDFN SGS?

What you have is a Samsung Galaxy i9000T (which was sold by Telecom NZ), since this runs on different frequencies than the Voda one it will work fine on all networks (with the exception of it not working on "3G Broadband Extended" coverage on Voda) - There is no way of easily branding it to be a clone of Vodafones since this will run different modem software etc (for the i9000 international version)

My suggestion would be to install a custom rom, I won't post any guides or anything but this will totally debrand your phone.

XT? coz nobody likes Telecom.  

Startup animation ain't inportant.  I do wanna get shot of the Telstra startup though.
