Hi, recently I dropped my SGS2 pretty hard and it has lost stability since that point. I have updated it to the latest version and given it a clean up but it's definitely not as stable as it used to be, and seems like I have ruled out Software so it's got to be hardware related.

I have mobile phone insurance so if I can prove that there is something wrong (which i am around 90% certain there is) then I will be able to get it swapped.

I work in IT so I would imagine it is going to be either bad memory (ram or flash) or it could potentially (less likely) be the CPU messing up a certain instruction due to physical damage on the tracks. If it were running windows I would run prime95 to rule out CPU I would run memtest to rule out the ram and I would run a chkdsk /r to locate bad sectors on the flash. Now how the hell do I do these equivalents in Android, the diagnostic tools in the market are a joke.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as I am getting sick of this phone crashing 1-2 times per day.
