The samsung browser doesn't do htc like text reflow.. You can tap and get that one time adjustment, but that's it.

It's probably more a case of the different screen resolution between the s2 and 3 rather than anything else mate.

I think its done with an app called Light Flow, as I couldn't see how its done in the phone

Wicked. Just purchased it.

Is there any way to get rid of the annoying popup about enabling accessibility that appears every time you open the app or change any setting?

Yeah... Too my knowledge samsung browser doesn't do text reflow... HTC do though. Sure you not confusing yr one x for a s3?
Yeah it's an S3. I should've made a video clip of what I was talking about before I took it back. oh well I won't make anymore of an issue of it. Looks like everyone else is loving it and  was the only one disappointed. Hope you all continue loving the S3, wish I had felt the same way, sadly now I don't know what I am going to upgrade to :(

Do you mean in the same way as iPhone 4 owners became disappointed in their iP4S? Where reality probably will never meet the expectation that the pre-release hype generates.
No I mean in the way that the S2 performs better than the S3. So here is what I mean. If you own an S3, go to guru3d, scroll down to their news posts and try reading it, at full screen the text is to small to read, so you zoom in but there is no text reflow. So reading becomes a process of side to side scrolling.

The SGS2 doesn't do text reflow and never has done. The default browser has an Auto-Fit Pages setting which improved readability but it isn't text reflow. Pinch/zoom + double-tap resizes but its not text reflow - it just zooms to an "optimal" level, while text reflow restructures the text to make it readable regardless which zoom level you're at.

as mentioned earlier, I tried chrome, firefox, both operas, both dolphins, and default. Only opera mobile had text reflow, but still had embedded youtube issues. But any way, I took it back so no more need to worry. cheers

maybe not in the default browser but it does in all the others, whereas S3 only has text reflow with dolphin mobile, but still has issues with embedded youtube, still has jittery kinetic scrolling, still has aggressive app killing.

I don't know, I just googled the LED thing before and from that, sent me to that app on the play store. Haven't bought it yet.

P1n3apqlExpr3ss: Cant access notification area from touchscreen...?

Happens when you first start up, runs a Touchwiz tutorial

Either go into Apps, then run through the Tutorial

Or hit the menu/power button a few times!

Really frustrated me until I realised it was just that, thought i had a faulty panel for about 5 min

Mind explaining further? It's still not working...

Where are the lockscreen options again? I swear mine have literally disappeared

Oh, hope it's not your touchscreen.  Try hitting the menu button a few times, or hold the menu button down.

Otherwise, the first step in the Tutorial was to hit the Apps button, then select your first app, can be any app, that should stop the freeze on the top notification, if it doesn't though, maybe try settings then factory reset it

Lockscreen options are under Security, then lockscreen still?  Unless you have a secondary lockscreen?

Still nothing, screen isnt faulty, dev option shows that it is registering touch in the area under lockscreen. Might just factory reset it

Nah completely stock still, and cheers, forgot where they were completely

hey as I said earlier, seem like I'm the only one disappointed with performance compared with S2. It's good that everyone else is happy with theirs. I don't want to rant just wanted to see if any one else was disappointed. Seems not so I'm obviously the odd one out, no trolling was intended. cheers.
