Have you been changed from a manual setting to automatic by accident?

I haven't changed anything myself? Having a look through, the settings from memory appear to be all as they were..

What sort of usage is that with? My battery life hasn't been great at all. Took it off charge at 7am this morning, already down to 79% and that isn't with overly large usage.

Well I wouldn't say heavy usage but it included being connected to wifi or 3g all the time, with e-mails and everything else syncing.

I haven't made any tweaks with apps or settings to get these results. I think there's something wrong with your battery if it's dropping like that.

Don't tell me that!!! I already had to take back my 12 hour old original HTC One because of a faulty camera.

I'm always close to a charge, so don't mind having to charge every night.

^ Or you just need to re-calibrate your battery.

Wait until you are down to 5% or so, then fully charge the battery to 100%. Do this for a few days and hopefully it works out for you.

It's so good knowing that despite only having 25% battery left, it can still last you a whole day on light use.

My Samsung Note 1 with 25% left usually meant it would be a goner within a couple of hours.

Every time I read this sorta thing I frown and shake my head as I look at my awful battery stats. Either you guys hardly use your phone at all or my battery has like half the capacity it should have.

I'd love to hear what the screen on time is from anyone that gets more than 24 hours off charge. I'm at 80 percent from this morn with just ten min screen on time lol.

I am currently at 62% battery with 1d 4 hours on battery. 25% idle time. Power saver is on. Screen brightness is set manually to just on 60% (on the scale). Background wallpaper is mostly dark colours.

Accounts syncing (over wifi only (low data limit)) exchange email, gmail, facebook, linkedin, weather, stocks, dropbox, and HTC account. Where possible some are set to 1 hourly, or 4 hourly.

Phone is set to 3G only as I was having issues connecting is certain parts of the house.

I managed 4 days on battery by not using the phone much on one of the weekends gone. I will have to try and do that again and get some snaps.

You can pretty much run the phone in power save mode all the time without any noticeable performance and get considerably better battery life.

I do that and I have the Quallcomm battery manager. So far since 6am i've used FPSE (PS1 emu) for 90 minutes, done 15 mins worth of calls, about 30 mins of facebook and had music on all day 57% battery.

This is my current usage. Despite what the screenshot says, I have had power saving mode turned on, must have tapped the option off by mistake when on the power settings page.

I also use the Qualcomm BatteryGuru.This is by far my best result ever.

Ok think I need some help on this one.

My phone has stopped charging either with the plug adapter or plugged into the PC..drivers also don't install.

It comes up with "use supported charger" oslt

I did get it to charge off the PC last night by wiggling the usb cable...

Its also randomly going into dock/car mode when plugging in the usb cable.

I first thought it was because it was rooted and running ARHD 10.1 so I have gone back to stock 4.2.2 I'm also running TRWP recovery

So Im now suspecting the usb port is faulty, so I need to return this back to stock and un root it.

So after investigating it looks like I need to relock the bootloader which I'm confident I can do but the tutorials I've seen call to get a RUU but they only seem for specific carriers.

I'm with vodafone any help would be greatly appreciated, I have tried all the steps of rebooting, wiping dalvik/cache etc, checked usb port for dirt, changed usb cables, plug adapters and different PC's and laptops.
