freitasm: Also I have not installed the custom HP Bluetooth drivers, keeping to stock as far as possible, but obviously the stock Windows Bluetooth does a bad job. Might install the other Bluetooth software later.

CyberN3rds: I think the HTC One is getting an update rolling out for Android 4.2.2. Anyone else exited and any guesses on when it will reach NewZealand :)

Once you've confirmed you have stock ROM, Kernel and Recovery, use Revone to lock the bootloader to its factory state.
Follow the instructions here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2314582 but at step 4 use ./revone -l instead of -P. Don't continue past that step.
