Telstra have announced the 18th as their targeted release date for 4.4. Should see the others around then as well. For the past two updates, the Telstra and the Optus OTAs have released on the same day.

Any update on this, I guess once you've approved it's basically down to HTC but just wondered if they'd told you anything?

Any update on this, I guess once you've approved it's basically down to HTC but just wondered if they'd told you anything?

Unfortunately, the vendors don't tend to tell us much about their rollout plans once we've approved the software - Samsung, for example, are still waiting to push out a few updates that were approved on this end last year. Working on getting more information out around the general device update process in the future. Hopefully HTC push forward with this one soon. :)

I would suggest checking for updates tomorrow.

The 18th was the date given by Telstra and Optus for their updates going live.

Worked the second time. First difference I noticed was the battery icon. Thought I was out of juice!

Does seem a little zippier but that could be from the reboot or just wishful thinking.

Still got red tint in camera...

I've had it on my (parallel imported, on Voda) HTC One for about a month now ... meh ... no really obvious advantages in my opinion..
