bigtom0208: i got an email reply from the manager, who is apparently out of the country. He told me all the already-repaired phones are with a friend of his. He gave me the guy's number - the friend apparently has all our phones and is going to return them as they come back "as a favor" to the ezigadget manager. He claims to never have worked at Ezigadget.

I basically told him that if I dont get my phone back in a couple of days I will call the police and report them for fraud/theft, but he acted real lazy and basically said he'd get to it when he can.
