I have an xperia P, very happy with it. Nice display, really good camera for stills and video, and the panorama function works really well:

My wife doesn't like the sharp corners and she wanted an iphone so I bought her an Xperia Arc S - much better VFM than apple stuff and she really likes it

Sweet. I wouldn't buy from VF because no doubt they will put bloatware on it. Plus the main thing is I am still waiting to see what the GS4 brings. HTC's One gets announced in a couple of days as well.

On a side note, if you do buy a Xperia Z will you be shi**ing yourself to try the Waterproof test? Id want to try it, but too worried it wouldn't work lol.

Edit: Just read this "Meanwhile, the latest country added on Xperia Z’s worldwide tour is New Zealand. Kiwis with an eye for mobile technology are to get the phone in March for an unspecified price. That is officially unspecified, because off the record we think New Zealanders will be asked to pay about as much as their neighbors for the 5-incher – $750 unlocked and SIM-free."

Sounds like March, as to be expected I guess.
