As I said before the tracking is not precise enough to find it. If you get a location you still have to get this to the police to act upon the information. I doubt it would be sensible to approach anyone who has a stolen device.

Erase the device and claim from insurance (if you have it). Access to your information gives them more power than just a device.

Lol, just tried ADM on my chromebook while having maps open on my phone and it still can't find it. ADM also says it was last used on the 21st! I'm glad I have Lookout.

bramwell: AndrewNZ, why didn't I realise that? Thanks! So do you think if they take the phone outside ADM might find it? Or would I be best to 'push' another tracking application onto the phone via Google?

You should keep checking ADM to see if it can find it

There is an app you could push to it through the google play store called Plan B

You do realise ADM cant wipe the phone unless you've given it permission to be a device administrator
