Great, theyre waterproof...but do they float with the weight of an iPad/iPhone in them ? :)
I've often seen those bags and thought, what's the point if they don't float??
I bet people buy them thinking they have done enough to protect their phone, which they will, but a working phone isn't much use at the bottom of the sea.
Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.

Got the idea from another forum, where they were discussing how to use their smart phone in the shower.
Dont want to know what forums youre visiting where people want to be doing that..... ;)
JonnyCam: If you want a cheaper device look for a Galaxy Xcover 2
It's IP67
There is a video on the net showing it playing a video in a fish tank for >30 mins
(plus surviving a 1.5m drop to concrete, and being put in a concrete mixer)
We got a few for work @ $500

Hammerer: I have a Sony Xperia Active (St17a). I can use the screen underwater, in the rain, in the shower, with dusty fingers and sloppy baking mix all over my hands, etc. All the newer Sony water IP67 phones appear to work the same. Reviewers usually try them out so you should be able to find reviews for them. Also there are a lot of videos on YouTube to show the capabilities.
The only problem I've found was from throwing it across the kitchen into real hot dishwashing water. The water got into the speaker and I only heard buzz and crackle for a month or so. It's back to normal now, probably because it has been underwater several times since.
My Motorola Defy+ doesn't mind the water either but it can't be used while there is water on the screen.

Its good to hear that they still work when the screen is wet, this is what I was hoping to find out. On the other hand, I don't want to be reincarnated as one of your phones!
