Sounds like Android 6 fixes the problem I've now just got to figure out how to update the phone to Android 6!

gzt: Charge battery, connect to WiFi then:Settings > about phone > system updatesTbh if it was available you probably would have seen a notification already. Moto E 2015 (2nd gen) has it apparently in other markets don't know nz.
I think I'm first gen - claims to be up to date with Lollipop 5.1
