Batman: No b28 yikes

So premium phones have all the bands and mid tier phones don't?

I wouldn't say that. Band 28 is not so common globally, but it's implementation is getting wider, case in point a lot of the Xiaomi phones these days have b28 versions.

Batman: The optical ones are very good. Just not the ultrasonic ones.

Not all optical ones are created equal it seems... Here's an interesting video comparison of some of the new phones (skip a head a wee bit till the action starts).

I have the A30 for a work phone and it's great for the money.
Best feature is the anti-pocket dial :)

I dont think there is a seperate a30 thread.

They rolled out the major security, phone stabilisaton, video slow mo mode and various other features today.

BRILLIANT, makes the A30 a steal for the money.

Im thinking of putting Samsung pay on it as its a LOT better than google and apple pay. Works ate 99% of paywave stations.

A lot of phones coming out this year that will raise the bar, but I think the family will want to keep the a30 should I go for an upgrade, but I think a long time before the new phones roll out.

Since when was Samsung pay working in NZ? It would be great if it was since Samsung pay works with non paywave terminals, but AFAIK it hasn't rolled out to NZ.

Why would you bother? It's not available in New Zealand AFAIK.

Have you solved the problems you had with your A30 already
