defragger: This looks interesting. However I can't even seem to the the verification email sent to my email account. Not a good start...

I suppose if you run Tasker you could automate all of this however you wanted...

Should be easy. Just use the "Unread text" function, specify some unique content and make it do its thing. Not particularly secure or robust though, but probably enough to thwart the average punk.

They really need an external scripting agent for that, a couple of my scripts are quite complicated and doing it on the phone gets rather painful when you want to make changes. Marvellous app though.

blakamin: Got mrs to text me 15mins ago... going to give it another 6. Not done anything so far.


That's weird, working fine here, and getting reports every ten minutes when I try it. Tried it out coming home from work and my reports are bang on with location of phone as I was moving about.

SeekDroid works! yay!

Alarm is instant, it doesn't need you to tell it your phone number, and you can see the last calls the handset has made in about 1 second!

Okay finally got the email. Just slow I guess. Seems to work fine. Tracks it within a minute. Might try it with WIFI off and see how well it holds.
