But from what i've read in the other thread, I'm inclined to believe this is not running the default ROM, but rather someone who sold a second hand, rooted device on Trade Me. I might be also inclined to believe the reason of the sale was that the device was unstable after all the rooting and ROM installs...

The buyer might just have a lemon.



On the bright side if it's a rom issue he can easily flash the correct rom
