A notification LED would be nice actually.

gibben: I love my SGS2 .... if they are to release a SGS3 there is still some room for improvement.

Notification LED;
Stereo recording for the audio on the video;
Higher screen resolution; (seems to be the one thing apple fanboys harp on about)

That's the start of my wishlist Tongue out

Good points. With regards to the screen - I've seen a few side by side comparisons with the iPhone 4 & the SGS2 & the SGS2 wins hands down with it's superior contrast, brightness & just plain awesome screen.

+1 - this is the only thing I miss from my HTC Hero & Nexus One. I don't expect a RGB trackball like they had, but a small LED at least would be nice.

Maybe they'll add some thing like video calling, but you'll only be able to talk to other Samsung galaxy s III phones - just as long as both of you are in a wifi network...

No wait that sounds like a rubbish feature.

Re Notification LED-I'm happy enough with the free NoLED from the market.
