If you are into risk maybe get an HP touchpad for $99 US. They might even be cheap in NZ in the next couple of days.

I did see the Hyawei S7 thing at mobicity, but that looks to be an Australian cover site and there's doubt if they are selling the newer capacitive screen version too. $250 was a good price though.

The touchpad is a whole lot of tablet for $100 USD. You are getting top notch specs. The big punt is what will happen to WebOS.

Basically nowhere, unless you use Shipito/equivalent shipping forwarders. BHphotovideo, one of the few US copmanies that ship to NZ, sold out in seconds. And didn't hold one for me, despite me asking :(
