Yes...I too was wondering if there'll be countersuits in the US courts when Apple releases a telly that looks like a Samsung.
Despite having several Apple devices and thoroughly loving the user experience they bring, I am over the Apple vs the World mentality that they seem to be bringing to the marketplace, with all the suits, countersuits and litigation that they are engaging in.
And then you have the likes of this...TM potentially being in breach of the law due to copyright issues - despite there being no issue with the likes of telecom selling the V9 or whatever it's called - even though it's physically identical to an APAD II...
Still grumpy.
I think I will stick it on Sella.
