So true. Imagine if someone mistook you for an iPhone user.. The shame!

ROFL - I think the blue one looks so iPhone from the front.

BTW - why are you guys buying from Clove? Is it just price or availability? And with a warranty issue or insurance issue, how will you get on?

Cheers

No surprises there. I need to get my hands on a cradle or two as well.

Anyone considering purchasing from Clove Etc, would they consider letting me tack my order for accessories onto the order and pay the freight difference (Auckland only would be simpler).

Cheers

I brought from Clove because New Zealand haven't released a price yet. NZ needs to step up it's game a bit. Everywhere else has released prices/plans. So i got stubborn and childish and for the first time in 10 years VodaNZ isn't getting my money. When it comes to me and money, i don't dick around.
That and it's only costing me 966NZD for the phone and the Samsung case. And if i do get stung with gst it's still probably going to be cheaper. And European phones tend to get their updates earlier as someone else said, so thats another plus. I have never bothered with warranties. I have never needed one and if anything goes wrong with the phone i'll probably buy a new one.

Does anyone know if i'll get an Aussie/New Zealand charger from Clove or do i buy that separately?

Don't know about Clove, but Handtec (also UK) gave me a free universal adapter when I bought my Note cos it came with the Europe plug. Which will come with you're order too I'd say.

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

I'm actually working on the Vodafone retail TV ads for the GSIII this week. Haven't got the official info yet to put in the TVC, but if what I've heard is true, the plan price and handset price sounds pretty reasonable to me.

Was looking forward to having a hands-on with the handsets today (Vodafone sent us both colours to use as reference), but were sent off-site for a photoshoot! So will hopefully get a hands-on tomorrow!

Not at all. NDAs of that nature generally don't include clauses to say you cannot disclose you are involved with something (unless the product/service is secret), just that you cannot divulge the details.
Even if there were no specific agreement (doubtful), it would be unprofessional to do so.
