Kiwibloke007: p.s. long time lurker since 2011. This promotion has a been a good way to bring inactive users back to the forums.
robfish:This might be a little off topic, but does anyone know if the Nexus 6p will be compatible with Semble Mobile Payment?
I bought a Semble enabled SIM for my Nexus 6 and installed the app but after several weeks of emails they said that there were not enough Nexus devices to justify the extra development to make it work.
Now the Play Store says that Semble is not compatible with my Nexus 6.
I am guessing that the Nexus 6P will have the same problem.

Semble SIM require something that's called Smartcardservice api in the phone. Unfortunately, Nexus devices do not have Smartcardservice. Please correct me if am wrong.
As far as I know it won't work until Semble changes the way how it communicates with Android OS, especially in nexus devices.

Alsmot. Semble uses the SIMAlliance API. This is added to the device's ROM at the request of the operators when ordering the handset. That's why imported handsets, even of the same model sold in New Zealand, aren't always compatible with Semble. They lack the essential bits of the API.
The API provides a secure way of communicating with the secure element on the SIM card.
One option is to manage the cards using a Semble-compatible handset, turn Always On for the default card you want to use, insert the SIM on a NFC-enabled handset and in the Tap-to-Pay option under Settings | NFC you select Semble. This will automatically use the default card selected for contactless payments.
That's why you can get a Semble SIM and use a Windows Phone or Blackberry for payments - you only need Semble to manage the cards, not for the payment itself.
Doing your best is much more important than being the best.
Bee: I opted for the 128GB so got an email for the 64gb but it only works for the Graphite... Can I get another email code for the 64gb frost instead?

So if I currently have my semble set to always on with my M7 if I put the sim in my 6P and turn NFC on it will work.
