yes it is but unfortunately mine has one side less noise than the other. Left is weaker than the right :( Annoying

i can imagine. mine does not seem have this problem.

My ears weren't built for in ear headphones! All they do is just fall out, regardless of what size covers i put on them.

I use a pair of Philips Bluetooth headphones.. Sound is really good.

I've changed my wireless router to 802.11n only. My S3 still says 54mb/s though. It does feel like it's loading faster. Should it say 300mb/s?

Yep I did both :)

I am running a custom ROM JB on mine. The only time I had any issues was when I flashed it for the first time and didnt wipe the phone first, thought I would try it anyway as I could always go back to my backup.

How did you restore your apps, if Titanium make sure you only restore apps and data not system data, apart from those suggestions thats all I got.

I have had bad battery life since the Polish ROM.

It's the modem issue. Turn off your 3G and your battery should be good again. Also turn off latitude as well.

Why would you disable 3G? This is poor advice and I would not be doing it

Think of Telecom XT disabling 3G?

Vodafone even have 3G only cells in some locations

What I meant was to disable Data to only turn it on when needed. Vodafone signal is **** anyway.

Wifi> advanced> stay connected only when plugged in.
Turn of data.
Disabled latitude location sharing.

Those are the 3 things to do to improve many hours of battery life.
Let just say it last me 3 days usage while normally only lasted 15hrs maximum.
Do the math.

How good of an advice can you give if you're so expertise in this area?

Dont believe him. VF get most their electricity from the North Island which has less calorific value ( NI Watt) than the electricity Telecom get which comes from the South Island (SI Watt).

By the time this electricity is converted to radio waves it just doesnt have the same oompf that the SI Watt gives.

LOL indeed that is something new to us. I and JohnR may be got off with the wrong footing. But hey relationship can't get better without a fight, right?
But seriously Vodafone needs to improve their performance in Waikato region. I barely get 3 bars and I live close to the City centre. As for 3G, it is slow just like 256K connection I used to have for my DSL.

I am curious about peoples fascination with battery life lasting several days. I just plug mine it at night (cant use it while I'm asleep), it tends to always last through the day without 'crippling' any of the functionality of the phone. What is the benefit to be gained of tinkering to get a few more hours?
