They look like they are parallel imported though. Not sure what the difference is though in terms of specs.

The original two colours are white, and then blue. Black and red look like the newer colours.I would prefer black as the blue looks a bit cheap, and I don't like white.

They're all the quad-core Exynos models. Only difference would be the CSCs being a global one rather than Vodafone's or Telecom's so basically faster updates.

Colour wasn't an issue for me because into a black case it went. I bought the Peeble Blue but it could've been nipple pink - no biggie.

In the last 24 hours I've been flash happy again.

CM10. Looking pretty good.
Added Siyah kernel.

Also tried Supernexus, which just -seems- that tiny bit snappier than CM10 (could be in my head). Boots up to usable phone in 12 seconds.

Might go find the Polish Samsung JB and try that too.
(edit: downloading now. Large Rom is large.)

Flashed Polish JB using Mobile Odin an hour or two ago, but just getting a chance to have a play with it now.

Really happy that I purchased Mobile Odin, and ROM Manager Premium. Titanium Backup Pro has also been awesome.

I like that Titanium can backup my Nova Prime settings/layout, so each time I flash a new ROM, I have my usual array of shortcuts right where I expect them.

A bit late to the party with the Polish ROM, but enjoying checking it out alongside CM10 now that CM10 is more mature than it was a little while ago.

Frankly I think Samsungs customisations are a good thing, and really add to the usability of the device (perhaps even more so again for non-Geeks).

I bought an OTG cable off trade me which seems to have an issue. When I plug it in with a USB flash drive it detects the drive then has the following messages:

Mass Storage device connected
Mass storage is now safe to remove
Mass Storage device connected
Mass storage is now safe to remove
Mass Storage device connected
Mass storage is now safe to remove
Mass Storage device connected
Mass storage is now safe to remove

round and round about every second

Am I missing something or does this sound like a faulty cable, I have tried with 2 USB drives with the same results :(

I'm running the rooted polish stock rom

I'm not a complete idiot, I still have some parts missing.

If the device is powering on and off then it could be hardware related. Otherwise the fact that you just bought the cable of trademe sounds like its more likely cheap chinese trash.

I'd check with a new cable then ask for your money back.
