I have mine currently set at WQHD+
I've used FHD+ for the past 2 days and I felt that with FHD+ there isn't as much micro-stutters compared to WQHD+
Does anyone have any issues with the Trade-In offer?
It appears on the Whirlpool forums that a few people have had their phones downgraded to low standards and therefore lower rebates, all unjustifiably. Has this happened to any of you guys?

I only sent mine off on Saturday morning but I did take some very very VERY detailed pics of the phone and screen from all angles in case they try and downgrade. I don't expect any issues but a lot easier to be prepared.

Happened to me! My note 8 was in MINT condition, even the guys in the samsung store commented they thought I would be paid more. I took photos of the phone turned on and sitting on the courier bag before sending away. Imagine my horror when they emailed back saying they were downgrading as there were cracks/bleeding etc. I called them up (took me ages to hunt down a number ) and spoke to a lovely woman who went and got the phone. She put me on hold then came back telling me there were 1-2 dead pixels which appeared pink, really hard to see. She said it's a common fault in all samsungs. She then told me she didn't believe their justification in downgrading and assured me she personally would re grade it back to an A. Paid to call them up!
fabianz03: I wonder what resolutions do you guys set your Note 9 in?I have mine currently set at WQHD+

WQHD+ here. Was using FHD+ until I discovered the screen resolution setting and changed it from the default setting. I'm a sucker for sharp, high resolution. I haven't noticed any micros stuttering since changing it, and I don't mind the slight extra drain on the battery.
klyster: I've already recieved my 547 dollars for my old Note 5.
It had scuffs on the volume button but not an issue.
Cool, how long did it take from sending the phone back to receiving the money?
I have two phones about to be processed.

The number for the smart trade team is 0800800833. They take ages to answer but persevere. They get there in the end.

I have two phones about to be processed.
Also just received email confirmation of my S6 edge trade-in value, which is A grade.
I sent the phone back on last Wednesday and was delivered on Thursday.
Just waiting for the money to be paid now.
They do also accept trade-in phones that were sourced overseas, not just NZ stock.
My S6 edge was purchased from HK, a green 64GB version which was not available in NZ.
