From what I can see, it doesn't look like there's any official release of 4.1.1.
Someone else may wish to confirm though. Everyone looks to be still 4.0.4. The UK networks are still sporting 4.0.4, if yours came from there.
Hong Kong, another source for parallel importing is also still 4.0.4
Just keep waiting..

I didn't realise they were parallel imports as they weren't advertised as such. They were on;y advertised as 'unlocked' I thought there were laws that required them to advertise if that goods are parallel imported or not, as you don't get the same consumer protection as the local supplier in NZ may not support them, eg if the retailer ever went under

BLH3 was a generic update pushed to many network operators in August.. If you knew what the previous firmware was, which is now very unlikely, that would point to what country it originated from. Going by the date.. It could be either Aussie, Nordic Countries, UK (02), Serbia or France..
In other words.. just keep waiting! It just so happens that none of the countries I mentioned above haven't got 4.1.1 yet, looking at the Top 10 Latest I9300 firmwares.

My red Samsung Galaxy S3 from dick smith is running stock 4.1. I had to manually check for update, there's no prompt or anything saying the update is available. Took about 15 minutes to download and 5 to install. MY understanding is that they are generic UK devices, which have got the 4.1 update
There's an unofficial version of 4.1.2 floating around now, installed it yesterday and it is full of win!! Far more "buttery" than 4.1.1 plus it has inherited multi window, gallery and a couple of other apps from the Note II

There are still some inconsistency of smoothness of the transition and the firmware. But for a leak it is by far the best leak firmware so far.
New things:

My partners red s3 from Dse has a CSC of AFR. Which from what I can see is from United Arab Emerites. No jelly bean update for it yet
Hmmm...just flashed the latest Wannamlite ROM and the Snapper App\Widget is displaying the balance of my 2 Degrees Touch2Pay SIM. This could bode well for any 2 Degrees users who want JB sooner rather then later. The real test will be catching the bus home.....
