So much for leaving it alone lol.... Flashed Leedroid to what that is like. Instantly WiFi at work is fine again. However it's a 2.2 based ROM. A few days of GB and I don't want to go back... Think I'll hunt out that oxygen one. What have I started? lol
iNsertCoin is pretty cool also its 2.2 but off the Desire HD so you get the flipping clock and stuff heres the link for that one. (that is not the new insertcoin gingerbread one)
Cheers for that. Slow day at work so flashed Oxygen. And WiFi no go... I'm beginning to think there's something weird in these GB ROMs that disagrees with works WiFi
I really really like GB so might look at more. Also when the Desire stock GB comes out OTA I might unroot and upgrade to that and see if it still does it.
If wifi isn't working, make sure you have the latest radio. Also try Cyanogenmod, i switched from Oxygen to it, and i love how it has all these extra useful features but is still just as smooth and clean.
I found the latest version of CM7 really good, still a bit to hacked up for my taste (or modified) i kind of like the stock AOSP feel... But a well supported ROM
Did you see my video of it also?

TheUngeek: just flashed CM7. Same deal on WiFi. Can't see the router here. So that's 3 GB ROMs that do it. Sensing a trend here!
Yea its going to be a hidden SSID issue. it needs to be unhidden first then connect then hide it again but of course means you have to access the router settings... Otherwise you can try one of the WIFI apps on the market like WIFI Manager or something to try connect.

*** Hi guys for those of you having problems with Hidden SSID, i managed to well have a temporary fix. First connect on a visible SSID. Once your phone is connected, make your SSID invisible again. It connects fine then. Hope it helps! ***

Ah ok, weird that it seems to only be a GB issue. I will see if I can find an app that works around it as I doubt very much I'll be able to get into the router settings
On CM7 now. Struggling to find the settings to alter the buttons in the notifications folder. I'm sure they were easier to find in Redux! lol
