Damager: What are these tablets like for playing video media? eg does it support divx, xvid and mp4 formats and are there recommended settings for resolution, bit rate etc for successful playback.

They can play Youtube videos, but the processor isn't up to the job of decoding highly compressed video formats like divx and mp4. The SPB streaming tv app works well.

These are cheap, low spec devices. That they can do what they do at all is a pleasant surprise. V:-)

Well here I am in Bali and this tablet works good. Just have to remember to be patient with it cos its slow. That and the fact my thumbs are too fat for tyyping ;-)

Get a couple of swizzle sticks from the hotel bar. use them as stylii. :-)
