I’ve banked with TSB for years and have since moved to KB and can tell you KB is now ahead of TSB in every metric except their CC (which is the only thing I’ve retained).

TSB customer service imo is far superior to all other banks. They app is also better that heartlands imo. So it will be interesting how they merge services. I think heartland uses Westpacs 03 bank number and I found it can take a while to move money in and out of heartland accounts . TSB had their own bank number 15 and money moves in and out at normal speed

Heartland used Westpac as an agency bank funds go into Wpac then into heartland. You would think they would use TSB systems and processing as they are a clearing bank . It would be a good project to work on
