These are the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") that govern your use of the Geekzone Subscription ("Service"). Please make sure you ("User") read and understand each item before using the Service. If you have any questions please contact us.

The Service is a personal space that Geekzone and Sohosolutions Ltd ("Geekzone") make available for its subscribed Users to post their own material, as described in the Subscription page. Geekzone or Sohosolutions do not claim ownership of any material posted by their Users on this Service.

Geekzone does not endorse the contents of any User nor assume responsibility for any threatening, libelous, obscene, harassing or offensive material contained therein, any infringement of third party intellectual property rights arising therefrom or any crime facilitated thereby.

The User will have the Service available for their own use providing that they have subscribed to the Service through our agent Paypal, or through other arrangements. Subscriptions are charged at a monthly rate or yearly, at the User's discretion.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, which will prevent further billing. No refunds are given, and the Service will be available through the remaining period of the last billing.

The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of password and account needed to access the Service administration pages. The Users is therefore entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under the User's account. Users can change their password and other service options at any time through their profile page.

The User agrees to immediately notify Geekzone of any unauthorized use of his/her account or any other breach of security.

The User agreess that use of the Service is at his/her sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basic. Geekzone disclaims warranties of any kind.

Geekzone makes no warranty that the service will meet your requirements or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free.

The User understands and agrees that any material and/or data downloaded through the use of the Service is done at the User's own discretion and risk and that the User will be solely responsible for any damage to the User's computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data.

Geekzone makes no warranty regarding any goods or services purchased or obtained through the Service or any transactions entered into through the Service.

The User understands that no advice or information obtained by the User from or through the service shall create any warranty.

The User agrees not to transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation.

The User shall not interfere with another User's use of the Service.

Geekzone may, at its sole discretion, immediately terminate Service should User's conduct fail to conform with these terms and conditions.

The User agrees to indemnify and hold Geekzone, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of User's use of the Service, the violation of these Terms by the User, or the infringement by the User, or other User of the Service using the User's computer, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Either the User or Geekzone may terminate the service with or without cause at any time and effective immediately. Geekzone shall not be liable to the User or any third party for termination of service.

Should the User object to any Terms of the Service or any subsequent modifications thereto or become dissatisfied with the Service in any way, the user's only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the Service.

The User acknowledges that content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics or other material contained in either sponsor advertisements or email-distributed, commercially produced information presented to Member by the Service by Geekzone or Geekzone's Advertisers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws; therefore, the User is only permitted to use this Content as expressly authorized by the Service or the Advertiser. The User may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this Content without expressly being authorized to do so by the Service or the Advertiser.

Geekzone's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Geekzone in writing.

The User agrees not to post objectionable content (such as but not limited to speech against race or creed, hate), copyrighted content, third party owned content, content subject to NDA, proprietary information, confidential information on the Service.

By accepting this terms and conditions the User agree that any material posted to the Service is of his/hers authorship and frees Geekzone of any liability.

Geekzone reserves the right to offer advertising space in all pages of the service. The User agrees that no other third-party advertising code will be entered on the Service. The User also agrees that no wording asking for clicks shall be put on the Service, and no automatic click-generating mechanism will be used to create fraudulent clicks.
