This is one of the latest releases from GlobalSat, and it certainly lives up to expectations. The results were very nice, and the unit outperforms the LeadTek CF 9534 unit I reviewed last year, mainly because of the use of the SiRFstar III chipset.

This is quite a cool looking unit with a fold up main antenna that the manufacturers describe as a high sensitivity active type. It works well with a Pocket PC, despite the SD connector.

This one felt right from the start. It only has one button (on/off) and 3 LEDs. It can operate for 17 or more hours continuously on each charge, and it was incredibly easy to get going with the Pocket PC.
