Microsoft New Zealand kindly hosted our Wellington Windows Mobile User Group (WMUG) meeting of 08 July 2004. During the meeting we heard from Lukas Svoboda, Chief Technology Office of Orbiz, with an Introduction to .Net Smart device development. I talked to the audience for 15 minutes about how to get support for Windows Mobile devices, just before the drinks and nibbles provided by Microsoft.
After the presentations we had prize draws, including a Microsoft Visual Studio .NET Enterprise Edition, a HP iPAQ h4150 and a few Windows Mobile jackets.
You can download Svoboda's presentation later from his blog. You can also download my presentation now. If you're in Wellington, visit the WMUG website for more information on upcoming meetings.
