iBIZ technology is still working through the problems created because of its association with previous technology suppliers. The company has been advised by its legal counsel that the SEC has issued a formal order to investigate and take the depositions of certain officers and directors of the Company.

The company is the manufacturer of accessories for personal digital assistants (PDAs) and other handheld devices. One of the highly expected product is the Virtual Laser Keyboard. The product has been delayed due to lawsuits, but since then the company has announced new suppliers for this product.
