Telecom New Zealand International improves processes with Savvion

Savvion has been selected by Telecom New Zealand International, a division of the Telecom Corporation of New Zealand to provide its Savvion BusinessManager 7.0 to speed up and ease the way new customers sign up for service.
With Savvion BusinessManager, Telecom New Zealand International will use BPM to coordinate across different systems within the company to streamline order management, billing, and provisioning to improve customer loyalty and generate revenue.
Telecom New Zealand International provides the full range of telecommunications services to retail and wholesale customers with offices in Wellington, Auckland, Sydney, London, Tokyo, New York and Los Angeles, as well as additional switch sites in Melbourne, Frankfurt, and Miami.
