Savvion has been selected by Telecom New Zealand International, a division of the Telecom Corporation of New Zealand to provide its Savvion BusinessManager 7.0 to speed up and ease the way new customers sign up for service.

With Savvion BusinessManager, Telecom New Zealand International will use BPM to coordinate across different systems within the company to streamline order management, billing, and provisioning to improve customer loyalty and generate revenue.

Telecom New Zealand International provides the full range of telecommunications services to retail and wholesale customers with offices in Wellington, Auckland, Sydney, London, Tokyo, New York and Los Angeles, as well as additional switch sites in Melbourne, Frankfurt, and Miami.

“It is important that Telecom New Zealand International deploys the latest technology to improve the way we do business with new and existing customers,” said David Gorman, global IT manager at Telecom New Zealand International. “We selected Savvion BusinessManager after a detailed review of the leading BPM vendors and determined that Savvion was the best choice for our company as we look to improve customer loyalty and generate visibility across the organization.”

Sanjay Kumar, vice president of telecommunications solutions at Savvion says that “Streamlining customer and network order management as well as the network provision process is critical to maintaining customer loyalty and growing revenue."
