wuffie:Furthermore i know that there are alot of high-usage ppl in the area that are on my exchange, its VERY possible thats the reason for this slow night time speeds, perhaps you are in a simmiluer situation where it isnt ur isp but also ur Exchnage and the ammount of bandwidth shared between ur local community internet users

It's not.. being able to use one timing sensitive website/application vs a multiple connection p2p app that doesn't care about anything time sensitive. If you're leeching multiple torrents you'll be using much much more bandwidth than a user trying to watch one youtube vid it's the nature of the p2p application.. lol
I guess thats what you get when you go to a cheap ISP you get lumped with all the leeching crowd, for instance I only use about 10GB month, so thats about $80 so I'm paying about $8 a GB on fusion compared to someone on the torrent plan who pays $49 a month on the torrent plan but downloading 75 before being charged for data hmm 0.63cents per GB... hmm go figure.. who's getting tucked?
