The whole customer service is being upgraded 1 Sept to 6 Sept.

TVGuide has changed completely.  I cant remote book anything until I can login and I cant login until the platform has been upgraded.

Guessing that you'll be in the same boat.

I can't find where you pay by credit card, clicking "Pay Bill" just brings up this useless spiel

MAKE A PAYMENT

OTHER WAYS TO PAY

INTERNET BANKING

Internet banking gives you the ability to take control of your payments. When you receive your monthly bill, simply head to your online banking site and arrange to transfer funds at your convenience.

Most banks will have telephone or internet banking. To set this up you would need to contact your bank, use your SKY account number as the 'Payee Code', Surname and First Initial as the 'Payee Particulars'.

Your bank should have SKY TV listed as a preassigned or preloaded Payee. If not, the following information can be used to setup your payments:

Bank and Branch: BNZ, Auckland

Name of Account: SKY Network TV Ltd

Account Number: 02-0100-0594491-05

Payee Particulars: Surname, first initial of your first name

Payee Code: Your SKY account number (You must enter 12 digits. If your account number is only 8-9 digits long, add zero's at the beginning of the number [i.e. 000 xxxxxxxxx])

Payee Reference: SKY SUBS

DIRECT DEBIT

No more cheques, envelopes, stamps or hassles. By setting up a direct debit the total amount due will automatically come out of your chosen bank account each month.

You always have up to two days before the funds are deducted from your account to contact us if there are any matters you want to discuss.

To get set up for direct debit, simply download the form, complete your details and return it to us by one of the below methods.

Alternatively, just call us on 0800 759 759 and we can set this up for you over the phone - no paperwork required!

Post

Freepost 2921

SKY Television

PO Box 9059

Newmarket

Auckland 1149

Email Us

1. Print the direct debit authority form.

2. Complete the form with your bank account information.

3. Scan and attach the form by clicking here to email us.

Fax

(09) 525 8384

CASH/EFTPOS

If you prefer to pay your account in person, please visit your nearest SKY Branch.

CHEQUE/MONEY ORDER

You can pay your bill by cheque or money order. Make the cheque/money order payable to SKY Network Televison, and ensure you enclose your payment advice, writing your account number and/or phone number on the back of the cheque/money order. Post your cheque/money order to:

SKY Television

Private Bag 92107

Auckland Mail Centre

Is the upgrade channel ever going to work again, hasn't worked for a couple of months now.

Just says upgrade channel unavailable call 0800 etc.

Can download on demand content to it so, sky connected to Internet ok.

It stopped working the same time the web one did, I just tried it on web, looks like that's working, but unlike the upgrade channel it's not showing specials, it's coming up with full price for everything where skywatch had most channels for $5 this month.
